What if An US President gave this Speech, would you jump for joy?

I got this in an email, I'll give you my thoughts before you read it. A lot of it I like, I don't know about pushing away all of our allies, some of them we have some major trade going on, and it benefits our economy, but we do need to get our nose out of everyone else's business, and focus on repairing our homes and families.

I think the biggest issues facing us today are these:

1. We need Universal Healthcare, everyone should have access, no matter what it costs.
2. Education - State schools should be funded by the people, so that everyone has the great opportunity of going to school and not having to worry about gigantic school bills. It would also help our economy if new professionals, instead of starting work only to pay back their school bills, could instead start financing their first home, right out of college.
3. The war - it must end. It's too costly, and every nation we've built up - fails in 5-10 years, history will keep repeating itself, until we quit trying the same thing over and over again expecting different results. (by the way that's also a definition of insanity.
4. We need to get rid of the corruption in politics. - I got a letter from Chris Cannon, congressman from Utah - regarding a letter I submitted saying we need him to back Universal Health care -- he basically cited a bunch of lies for why Universal Healthcare cannot work, and would be detrimental to our society. My thought is we need to create a blacklist of ANTI-HealthCare Senators and Congressmen. A site dedicated to destroying the candidacies of these individuals, because those who back the healthcare lobbyists, are complete scum and deserve to be out on the street without a job. Chris Cannon and everyone who opposes Universal Healthcare, really need a rude awakening...

Anyways, here's the really cool email.. I hope you like it! (of course I'd add to it, give Universal Healthcare to all Americans, and Impeach Bush, and send him to jail for Treason, Crimes Against Humanity, Perjury, Starting an Illegal War, Defiling the Constitution...)

WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT TO TURN ON THE TV AND HEAR ANY U.S. PRESIDENT GIVE THE FOLLOWING SPEECH?

"My Fellow Americans: As you all know, the defeat of the Iraq regime has been completed. Since congress does not want to spend any more money on this war, our mission in Iraq is complete.
This morning I gave the order for a complete removal of all American forces from Iraq This action will be complete within 30 days. It is now time to begin the reckoning.

Before me, I have two lists. One list contains the names of countries which have stood by our side during the Iraq conflict. This list is short . The United Kingdom , Spain , Bulgaria , Australia , and Poland are some of the countries listed there.

The other list contains every one not on the first list. Most of the world's nations are on that list. My press secretary will be distributing copies of both lists later this evening.

Let me start by saying that effective immediately, foreign aid to those nations on List 2 ceases immediately and indefinitely. The money saved during the first year alone will pretty much pay for the costs of the Iraqi war.THEN EVERY YEAR THERE AFTER IT'll GO TO OUR SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM SO IT WON'T GO BROKE IN 20 YEARS.

The American people are no longer going to pour money into third world Hellholes and watch those government leaders grow fat on corruption.

Need help with a famine? Wrestling with an epidemic? Call France .

In the future, together with Congress, I will work to redirect this money toward solving the vexing social problems we still have at home. On that note, a word to terrorist organizations. Mess with us and we will hunt you down and eliminate you and all your friends from the face of the earth.

Thirsting for a gutsy country to terrorize? Try France or maybe China
I am ordering the immediate severing of diplomatic relations with France , Germany , and Russia . Thanks for all your help, comrades. We are retiring from NATO as well. Bonne chance, mez amies.

I have instructed the Mayor of New York City to begin towing the many UN diplomatic vehicles located in Manhattan with more than two unpaid parking tickets to sites where those vehicles will be stripped, shredded and crushed. I don't care about whatever treaty pertains to this. You creeps have tens of thousands of unpaid tickets. Pay those tickets tomorrow or watch your precious Benzes, Beamers and limos be turned over to some of the finest chop shops in the world. I love New York

A special note to our neighbors. Canada is on List 2. Since we are likely to be seeing a lot more of each other, you folks might want to try not ticking us off for a change.

Mexico is also on List 2. It's president and his entire corrupt government really need an attitude adjustment. I will have a couple extra thousand tanks and infantry divisions sitting around. Guess where I am going to put 'em? Yep, border security.

Oh, by the way, the United States is abrogating the NAFTA treaty - starting now
We are tired of the one-way highway. Immediately, we'll be drilling for oil in Alaska - which will take care of this country's oil needs for decades to come. If you're an environmentalist who opposes this decision, I refer you to List 2 above: pick a country and move there.

It is time for America to focus on its own welfare and its own citizens. Some will accuse us of isolationism. I answer them by saying, "darn tootin."

Nearly a century of trying to help folks live a decent life around the world has only earned us the undying enmity of just about everyone on the planet. It is time to eliminate hunger in America It is time to eliminate homelessness in America To the nations on List 1, a final thought. Thank you guys. We owe you and we won't forget.

To the nations on List 2, a final thought: You might want to learn to speak Arabic.
God bless America Thank you and good night."

If you can read this, thank a teacher. If you are reading it in English, thank a soldier.
(Please forward this to at least ten friends and see what happens! Let's get this to every USA computer!)

I wish the dagnabbit Media would Stop Blackballing Kucinich, he deserves to be heard.

Hey, Check out this video, I just received, by a Kucinich support organization. Also watch the youtube video below as it is pretty scary how the media can blackball a presidential candidate. What's next... Appealing freedom of speech altogether?

Let's hope not!

As you may or may not know, besides Kucinich, I am a big fan of John Edwards, I like how he's not owned by corporations, and doesn't take corrupt money for his campaign, like obama and clinton.

Here's a letter I wrote, hoping that he might at least speak up at the outrage of ABC... By the way, you can bet your bottom dollar, that I will be boycotting any item advertised on ABC, and will be boycotting Disney...

My Dear John Letter...hehe...

John, I'm a big fan of yours, I must say I most strongly fit with Kucinich, but by far, you are my candidate of choice beyond Kucinich, most likely you will receive my vote, because I do think you may be more likely to win, but I still think Kucinich's voice should be allowed to be heard. I think Ron Paul's voice should've been able to be heard at the Fox debate as well.

Personally, I'd be extremely happy if Dennis Kucinich were your running mate.

The reason I'm writing is to express my concern that Dennis wasn't even allowed in the debate.

I think, that you or someone with integrity should at least speak up and say that it isn't right, if anything it may even add to your image, and garner you some support from the Kucinich camp.

I think when abc, disney, or fox can pick and choose which Presidential candidates to allow or ban from debates, we are entering a shifty era. Two stones throw from the propaganda control of Nazi Germany.

As I said I am a big fan of Kucinich, I do doubt he has enough to win, but I think his views should be heard.

I actually plan on voting for you, because I prefer you much more than the other two candidates, but ANYONE is better than Hillary in my own personal Opinion.

I thank you for your attention to this email.

Best Wishes,

Just More Rhetoric? Yup! Look's that Way!

Last night of course was a huge night for Politics, Bush's Iraq plan was unveiled. Frankly, he's good at spouting rhetoric, heck even I was almost bought over by it, and I loathe Bush. But I think it's just that, talk, he's too afraid to give up, and his ego is too big. One thing I do know is if the democrats even let him do this it will be the last chance he gets.

This war is tiring. We need to be over and done with it once and for all.

Can Bush turn this around? Doubtable. I honestly don't see how 21,500 new troops are going to affect this war. We've lost about 5000 troops as it is, so in theory we're only really sending 15000 more than we started with. 15000 isn't much at all, how does he expect it to make any kind of difference?

Just more waste of life and money. More tears for Americans to cry as they lose more loved ones, as that is the only certainty with this plan. With more soldiers comes more bloodshed for us as well as them.

When will it end?

I'm so tired of this war. I'm even sick and tired of blogging about it. I sure hope it ends soon.

Here's what Dennis Kucinich has to say about Last Night's Speech:

Kucinich: Bush setting stage for wide war
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wednesday, January 10, 2007
WASHINGTON, D.C – Congressman and Democratic Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) issued the following statement tonight in response to President Bush's nationally televised address to the American people.
"President Bush appears to be setting the stage for a wider war in the region. He has blamed Iran for attacks on America. The President is vowing to disrupt Iran. He is going to add an aircraft carrier to the shores off the coast of Iran. He has promised to give Patriot missiles to 'our friends and allies.' Isn't one war enough for this President? It is time the media and the Congress began to pay attention to this President when he talks aggressively about Iran and Syria.
"It is imperative that Congress step up to its constitutional responsibility to restrain this abuse of executive authority by notifying the President that we will no longer agree to fund the war in Iraq. The supplemental budget request of up to $100 billion would enable the president not only to continue the war against Iraq through the end of his term. It would give him the resources to attack Iran, in the name of defending Iraq and the region."
"In Iraq, his new plan is a plan for more door-to-door fighting, more civil war, more civilian casualties, more troop deaths, more wasted money, more destabilization in the region and more separation from the world community. The President wants to send more troops to Baghdad, where they will work to quell a civil war. Only a small portion - less than 20 percent - of the new effort will be spent in al Anbar, to fight al-Qaeda. Does anyone in this Administration have any sense left at all? They are sending more US troops into the middle of a civil war!
"Congress needs to take a stand against the President and take the necessary steps to bring our troops home. We need to begin talks with Iran and Syria -- and not blame them for our misguided war in Iraq. Diplomacy is the only way to avoid a widening war. If we follow the President's path of war, we will get . . . more war."
On Monday, Kucinich announced a 12-point plan (www.kucinich.us) to withdraw troops from Iraq, establish an international security and peacekeeping force under the auspices of the United Nations, and take steps to begin the political reconciliation process, shore up Iraq’s economy, re-start reconstruction efforts, and institute reparations for Iraqis.
