New Theme Design - Comments?

Ok, it's time for another new theme - I'm hard to please, and I still haven't found the perfect theme.

Today I've installed the True Elegance theme. I must say i really like it - but I'd sure like some other opinions - please feel free to drop a line and let me know what you think as well!
